We are here to help you through your learning pathway and here are some options available to our learners to get the help and support you need to achieve your qualifications:
- Free review days (TAA40104/TAE40110 Only) where the learners have input to the subjects covered. You can attend as many of these days as needed - a schedule is below.
- Online Help Forum (AKA Discussion Forum) where learners can source resources and discuss your course with your trainers, assessors and other learners. You can link directly to the help forum on the left hand menu. Our preferred method to help you is via the Forums because in most cases, your question has already been asked by someone, and our trainers have provided a useful and helpful answer. HBA will provide you with a username and password to access this part of our website (Currently not applicable to Frontline Management).
- Ongoing email and phone help desk support where the learner communicates directly with trainers/assessors for flexible tuition, guidance, and feedback. Please use the Contact HBA Link on the left for phone numbers.
TAA40104/TAE40110 Review Day Schedule 2010:
You must phone us and register to attend. If no one registers to attend then it will not go ahead. Please bring along your workbooks and something to write on.
